Your health data belongs to you. Period.
No accounts. No central databases. No tracking. Here is exactly how we protect your digital footprint during your recovery journey.
14-Day Local Storage
Your clinical data never leaves your device. We use your browser's encrypted local storage to keep your session active. For your security, all stored records self-destruct automatically after 14 days of inactivity, leaving no trace behind.
Anonymous AI Processing
Interaction prompts are stripped of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before reaching our clinical LLMs. We have explicitly opted-out of all AI training models.
No EHR Integration
Fit For Cancer functions as a private clinical sanctuary. We do not connect to My Health Record, hospital databases, or insurance providers. Your history here is purely for your personal guidance and is never shared with institutional systems unless you manually export and provide it yourself.
Australian Privacy Principles
Our compliance with national health data standards.

Data Minimization
We only ask for data that is strictly necessary for your exercise prescription. No marketing questionnaires, no unnecessary profile fields. If it doesn't help your recovery, we don't collect it. This aligns with APP 3 regarding the collection of solicited personal information.

Right to Deletion (The Clear Data Button)
A single click in your settings will instantly wipe all local data and terminate your active session. Because we do not store your data on our servers, once you click "Clear All Data," it is gone forever—even from our ability to retrieve it.
cookie
Cookie Policy (Essential Only)
We use zero tracking or advertising cookies. Our system only uses essential functional cookies required for system stability and session management. We do not participate in cross-site tracking or retargeting networks.
Focus on your recovery, not your risk.
This app was designed by someone who currently lives with myeloma, and uses movement and nutrition to combat their own fatigue. The intention behind the app is to be a tool of use to cancer patients, not a data harvesting tool, so our privacy focus is exactly that: keep it simple and allow you to get on with keeping yourself well and your fatigue managed. If you have any questions, you can always email us at hello@fitforcancer.com.au.
